Brakes,Bars were used when the bike was built. Everything else was new. The cranks are as new...they dont even have the scratches that they usually get on the tips of the arms.

Brakes are scratched. Definitely not "smashed". The guy who built it took them from another bike. The work perfect. The levers are RazorRock levers....very nice levers
